In your browser

The games save settings, the language, high scores and your last choices in your browser (localStorage). This stays on your device. No account, email or password exists.

Online tables

When you play online, the game server on boardgamesbackend.fcidade.com records:

• a random player id made from a token stored in your browser, not your name
• the nickname you type
• a hash of your network address (the address itself is not stored)
• the events of each table: joining, leaving, moves, timeouts, results
• rejected or abusive moves, to catch cheating

Visit statistics

If analytics are turned on, the site asks first. If you allow, it uses Google Analytics to count visits and where they came from (itch.io, search, direct). If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded.

Advertising

There are no ads on the site yet. If ads are added, this page will say which provider and what it collects before they appear.
